Rafael Alexandre da Conceiço Leao: who was born on June 10, 1999: is a striker for the Portugal national team and Serie A club AC Milan. His Portuguese name is Rafael Alexandre da Conceiço Leo.
Leo: a graduate of Sporting CP's development system, made his first-team debut in 2018 and went on to win the 2017-18 Taça da Liga. However, after an incident within the club, he voluntarily terminated his contract. He soon signed on as a free agent with Lille in Ligue 1. He joined AC Milan in 2019 for an alleged sum of €35 million. He assisted the squad in winning the 2021-22 Serie A, ending the club's 11-year title drought, in his third season with the organization. He was also chosen as the Most Valuable Player in Serie A.
Leo was a member of the under-17 squad that won the 2016 European Championship and has represented Portugal at several junior levels. In 2021, he made his senior international debut.

National Team Experience of Rafael Leao
Leo competed at the 2016 UEFA European Under-17 Championship with the Portugal under-17 team. He participated in five of the six games in this competition, with the exception of the quarterfinal encounter against the Netherlands. Leo took the place of Domingos Quina in the final match against Spain in the 79th minute. Portugal went on to win the title for the sixth time after defeating Spain 5-4 on penalties following a 1 -1 draw in extra time.
Leo competed in the 2017 UEFA European Under-19 Championship with the under-19s: helping them finish as runners-up after falling to England in the final. He participated in all three matches in the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland and scored the only goal in a 1-1 tie with South Africa, although his team was eliminated from the group stage.
Leo earned his first cap for the Portugal under-21 team on November 10, 2017, at the age of just 18, playing 31 minutes in a 1-1 away tie against Romania in the 2019 UEFA European Championship qualifying matches. On September 10, 2019, in a 2-0 victory in Belarus for the 2021 European Championship qualification campaign, he scored his first goal at that level.
Leo competed in the 2021 UEFA European Under-21 Championship in March, helping Portugal place second after felling to Germany 1-0 in the championship match.
Leo was initially called up to the senior team on October 5,2021, to replace the injured Rafa Silva. Four days later, he made his international debut, coming in for Cristiano Ronaldo at halftime in a 3-0 friendly victory over Qatar. He also assisted André Silva's goal.
